| dc.description.abstract | لقدصنفالدستور، السلطةالعليا،ضمن املؤسساتالرقابيةوز بموجبها وضع استراتيجية وطنية للشفافية والوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، والسهر على تنفيذها ومتابعتها، واملساهمة في أخلقة الحياة العامة وتعزيز مبادئ الشفافية والحكم الراشد، واملساهمة في تدعيم قدراتاملجتمعاملدني والفاعلين ال خرين في نشر ثقافة نبذ الفساد وحماية املال العام .وفي إطار تكييفاملنظومةالقانونيةمعالدستور، تم اصدارالقانون رقم 08-22 بتاريخ 5ماي 2022 الذي يحدد تنظيم السلطةالعليا للشفافيةوالوقايةمن الفسادومكافحتهوتشكيلهاوصلحياتها،والذي منح بدوره للسلطةالعلياصلحياتقانونيةأخرى ال تقل أهمية عن الصال حيات الدستورية، لعل أهمها "التحري ال داري واملاليفيمظاهر االثراء غيراملشروع لدى املوظفين العموميين ."وقد حرص ذاتالقانون على توسيع تشكيلة مجلس السلطة العليا، لتشمل إلى جانب قضاة وشخصيات وطنية ممثلين عن املجتمع املدني، ايمانا تاما بالدورالذي يمكن أن يلعبهاملجتمعاملدني كشريكأساس يورئيس يفيمكافحة الفساد والوقاية منه والتبليغ عنه. In the framework of adapting the legal system to the constitution, Law No. 22-08 was issued on May 5, 2022, which defines the organization of the supreme authority for transparency, prevention and combating corruption, its formation and powers, which in turn granted the supreme authority other legal powers that are no less important than the constitutional powers, perhaps the most important of which is " Administrative and financial investigation into the manifestations of illegitimate wealth among public officials.
