Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة سمات الشخصية بقلق المستقبل لدى طلبة الطب - دراسة ميدانية بملحقة الطب بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة-، وقد وُظِفَ المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي في مجريات الدراسة، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة قدرت ب (80) طالبا وطالبة، ولجمع البيانات تم الاستعانة بقائمة العوامل الستة للشخصية 60-HEXACO النسخة المختصرة (نسخة التقرير الذاتي) من إعداد (2009 ,Ashton & Lee) والتي تم تكييفها في البيئة الجزائرية من طرف قرة (2023)، وبمقياس قلق المستقبل لصاحبته بكار (2012) ، وللتحقق من صحة الفرضيات استخدمنا الاساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسطات الحسابية -الانحرافات المعيارية – التكرارات -حساب الفروق بين مجموعتين مستقلتين، ومعامل بيرسون لحساب العلاقة، واسفرت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
-توجد علاقة دالة احصائيا بين سمات الشخصية وقلق المستقبل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة.
-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإناث والذكور في سمات الشخصية لصالح الذكور.
-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإناث والذكور في قلق المستقبل لصالح الإناث.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to explore the relationship between personality traits and future anxiety among medical students — a field study conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, Mohamed Boudiaf University, M'sila. The descriptive-analytical method was employed in the course of the research. A simple random sample consisting of 80 male and female students was selected.
To collect data, the study utilized the short version of the 60-item HEXACO Personality Inventory (Self-report version) developed by Ashton & Lee (2009), which was adapted to the Algerian context by Guerra (2023), along with the Future Anxiety Scale developed by Bekkar (2012).
To verify the research hypotheses, the following statistical methods were used: means, standard deviations, frequencies, independent samples t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The study yielded the following results:
• There is a statistically significant relationship between personality traits and future anxiety.
• There are statistically significant differences between males and females in personality traits in favor of males.
• There are statistically significant differences between males and females in future anxiety in favor of females.
