Abstract
ملخص
تعتبر المحافظة على الهوية الوطنية من بين أهم المبادئ والأسس التي تسعى كل دول العالم لتحقيقها، ويلاحظ أنه بسبب التطورات المتسارعة التي حصلت في العالم والتطور المتصاعد للتكنولوجيا المعلوماتية أدى ذلك إلى ظهور أزمة الهوية الوطنية التي أصبحت تشكل تهديد الدول العربية من بينها الجزائر بما تحملة ما يعرف بالعولمة من ايجابيات وسلبيات.
وهكذا تعتبر أزمة الهوية الوطنية أخطر الأزمات التي تهدد استقرار سياسي وطني وهي في تصاعد مستمر، ولتحقيق الغاية في المحافظة على الهوية الوطنية، يجب السعى وراء التكريس القيم الدينية والعادات والتقاليد الخاصة بالمجتمع المحلي والخصوصية الوطنية، وذلك في ظل التحديات التي تفرضها المعطيات الدولية الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن، الهوية، الوطنية، التحديات الدولية، الواقع في الجزائر.
