| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to attempt to introduce the specialized penal poles, in which we discussed the concept of these poles and their legal concept, in addition to explaining their local and specific jurisdiction. We also reviewed its working mechanisms through how files are referred to it, whether in following up on crimes or investigating them, in addition to the implications resulting from its creation. These poles have achieved positive results thanks to accelerating the processing of cases, adopting modern technical means, and activating judicial cooperation, in addition to enhancing joint work between the Public Prosecution, investigation agencies, and courts. However, some problems still exist, the most prominent of which is the difficulty of evaluating the performance of judicial police officers if case file claim procedures are applied. | |
