Abstract
الجريمة الالكترونية ظاهرة عالمية أدى بها إلى المساس بجوانب مختلفة منها الاجتماعية السياسية الاقتصادية وحتى الشخصية، فأصبحت بمثابة خطر على الصعيد الوطني والدولي لذا عمدت الدراسة في معرفة الجريمة على المستوى الوطني والدولي من خلال تعريفها والتعرف على أركانها وأحكامها والعقوبات المقررة لها، حيث أن المشرع الجزائري اضطر كباقي الدول إلى وضع مجموعة من القوانين لمكافحة ومجابهة هذه الجريمة التي تختلف تماما عن الجرائم التقليدية، وسارع إلى استحداث المواد القديمة للحد من وقوعها وانتشارها وذلك بسبب التزايد اللامتناهي للاعتداءات على الأنظمة المعلوماتية في العالم والجزائر على وجه الخصوص.
Summary:
Cybercrime is a global phenomenon that has affected various aspects,including social, political, economic and even personal, it has become a danger at the national and international levels,so the study proceeded to know the crime at the national and international level by defining it and identifying its elements,provisions and penalties prescribed for it,as the Algerian legislator was forced,like other countries, to put in place a set of law to combat and confront this crime, which is completely different from the traditional crime,he hastened to develop old materials to limit their occurrence and spread, due to the endless increase in attacks on information systems in the world and Algerian in particular.
