| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لدى رؤساء أقسام كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير من وجهة نظر الموظفين الإداريين بجامعة المسيلة وكذا اثر كل من سنوات الخدمة والجنس في ذلك، وللتحقق من ذلك تم استخدام مقياس القيادة الأخلاقية الذي طبق على عينة مكونة من ( 40 ) موظف(ة) و أسفرت النتائج على: - مستوى القيادة الأخلاقية لدى رؤساء أقسام الكلية مرتفع . -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر الموظفين الإداريين تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجةممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر الموظفين الإداريين تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة . الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الأخلاقية – رؤساء الأقسام -كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية -الموظفين . الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية : The study aimed to identify the degree of ethical leadership practice among the heads of departments of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences from the point of view of administrative staff at the University of Messila, as well as the impact of years of service and gender on this, and to verify this, the ethical leadership scale was used, which was applied to a sample of (40) employees, and the results revealed that: - The level of ethical leadership among college department heads is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of ethical leadership practice from the point of view of administrative staff attributed to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing ethical leadership from the point of view of administrative staff due to the variable of years of service.
