| dc.description.abstract | تشير هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الانضباط المدرسي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة بمتوسطات بلدية المسيلة، اشتملت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 70 أستاذًا وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من أربع متوسطات رئيسية في البلدية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، نظرًا لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، تم الاعتماد فيها على استبيان (أبو شقيف، 2015) لجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيًا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود ارتباط إيجابي واضح بين فاعلية الإدارة المدرسية ومستوى الانضباط لدى الطلاب. كما تبين أن الانضباط داخل الصف والانضباط في الدوام كانا أكثر الأبعاد تأثيرًا، بينما أظهرت المخالفات السلوكية المتنوعة مستوى متوسطًا يتطلب متابعة وإجراءات مستمرة للحد منها، تفاوتت النتائج قليلاً مقارنة ببعض الدراسات السابقة، ويرجع ذلك لاختلاف السياقات الاجتماعية والثقافية. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، من بينها ضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية مستمرة للإدارة، وضع برامج شاملة للانضباط تشمل جميع الأطراف، زيادة حملات التوعية للطلاب وأولياء الأمور، تطبيق نظام رقابي فعال، توفير بيئة مدرسية آمنة ومحفزة، وتشجيع البحث المستمر في مجال الانضباط المدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المدرسية، الانضباط المدرسي. Abstract: This study aimes to explore the role of school administration in enhancing school discipline from the perspective of teachers in middle schools of the M’sila municipality. The study sample consisted of 70 teachers who were randomly selected from four main middle schools in the municipality. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, given its suitability to the nature of the topic. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed statistically. The results showed a clear positive correlation between the effectiveness of school administration and the level of student discipline. It was also found that discipline inside the classroom and during attendance were the most influential dimensions, while various behavioral violations were at a moderate level, requiring ongoing monitoring and continuous measures to reduce them. The results slightly differed from some previous studies, which is attributed to differences in social and cultural contexts. The study concluded with several recommendations, including the need to organize continuous training sessions for the administration, develop comprehensive discipline programs involving all stakeholders, increase awareness campaigns for students and parents, implement an effective monitoring system, provide a safe and motivating school environment, and encourage ongoing research in the field of school discipline.
