dc.description.abstractأدرج المشرع وذلك بموجب القانون 09-22، وسماها "بشركة المساهمة البسيطة"، حيث الجزائري، خص المشرع وفق هذا القانون إمكانية تأسيس هذا النوع من الشركة حصريا من طرف الشركات الحاصلة على عالمة مؤسسة ناشئة، يكمن الهدف من هذه الدراسة في الوقوف وغايته من فرض هذا النوع الجديد من الشركات، وذلك من الجزائري على قصد المشرع خالل إبراز تعريفها وخصائصها، وشروط تأسيسها، وإبراز كيفية إدارة الشركة وانقضائها. الكلمات المفتاحية: النظام القانوني، شركة المساهمة البسيطة، القانون 22- 09، المؤسسة الناشئة. Abstract : A mew type of commercial companies in the commercial law has been included, according to law N°22_09, it is called the "simple joint stock company", according to this law, the legislator has singled out the possibility of establishing this type of companies exclusively by companies that have the mark ok a start-up. The aim of this study is to identify the intention of the Algerian legislature and its purpose of imposing this new type of company, by highligting its definition and characteristics, the condition of establishment, and highlighting how the company is managed and terminated.en_US
