Summary The types of public deals according to the subject (public works deal, studies preparation deal, supplies acquisition deal, service provision deal), although all of them aim to meet the needs of the contracting interest and participate in being administrative contracts concluded and implemented on the same foundations and principles, but each deal has a concept A different legal basis for each deal and a financial standard that characterizes each deal to enable the contracting authority to take the type of action taken according to Presidential Decree 15/247 related to the regulation of public deals and public utility authorizations. All these deals are subject to internal and external control and custodial control.
