Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر استخدامات التكنولوجيا على القيم الثقافية للموظف بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة وكذا تحديد اثر الدورات التكوينية في مجال الشبكات في تعزيز قيمة التعلم المستمر وكذا تحديد اثر أدوات الاتصال في تعزيز قيمة التعاون وكذا اثر منصات التواصل في تعزيز قيمة الالتزام لدي الموظفين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة.
أجريت هذه الدراسة الوصفية باستخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي على عينة متكونة من 30 مفردة،
تمت معالجة البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام برنامج Spss لتحديد الأثر بين المتغيرات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
-استخدامات التكنولوجيا تلعب دورا هاما في تحسين القيم الثقافية لدى الموظفين في المؤسسة بكل أشكالها سواء كانت دورات التكوينية في مجال شبكة الاتصال أو تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو أدوات الاتصال ، أو منصات التواصل.
- الدورات التكوينية لها أثر كبير في مجال شبكة الاتصال في تعزيز قيمة التعلم المستمر لدي الموظفين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة
- أدوات الاتصال لها أثر مقبول على العموم في تعزيز قيمة التعاون في بيئة العمل بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة.
- منصات التواصل لها أثر مقبول لحد ما في تعزيز قيمة الالتزام لدي الموظفين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the effects of technology use on the cultural values of employees at the institution, specifically:
To determine the impact of training courses in the field of network systems on promoting the value of continuous learning;
To assess the influence of flexible communication tools on enhancing the value of collaboration;
To evaluate the role of social media platforms in fostering the value of commitment among employees at Algérie Télécom in M’sila.
This descriptive study was conducted using a five-point Likert scale on a sample consisting of 30 participants. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS to determine the relationships between variables.
The study reached the following conclusions:
The use of technology plays a significant role in enhancing employees' cultural values in the organization—whether through training in communication networks, IT applications, flexible communication tools, or social media platforms.
Training programs related to communication networks have a strong effect in promoting the value of continuous learning among employees.
Flexible communication tools have a moderate effect on fostering the value of collaboration in the work environment.
Social media platforms have a somewhat moderate impact on promoting the value of commitment among employees at Algérie Télécom in M’sila.
