Abstract
Foreign direct investment guarantees play a significant role in shaping a state's investment
environment. These guarantees enhance the inflow of foreign direct investments by
instilling confidence and assurance among investors regarding the economic environment
in which they will invest. Moreover, these guarantees attract various forms of foreign
direct investment, contributing to economic equilibrium and enhancing international
competitiveness.
