| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to understand the laws and regulations governing concession contracts in tourism investment and to identify the foundations and principles underlying this regulation. It also focused on studying and analyzing Algerian laws related to concession contracts in the tourism sector, and evaluating the effectiveness of government policies and procedures related to granting these contracts in promoting and facilitating tourism investment. Additionally, the study identified the legal and administrative obstacles facing investors in this sector. Through my study of this topic, a set of conclusions were reached, including: the concession contract for tourism property includes usufruct rights, allowing the beneficiary tourist investor to use and exploit the properties and land plots while the state retains ownership of the land. Moreover, the establishment of the concession system will enable tourism property to provide the desired economic benefits, especially in the competitive environment with neighboring countries that have modest tourism capabilities compared to Algeria, but possess successful investment planning. | |
