| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع التسيير العمومي الجديد باعتباره نموذجا ا تسييري مبتكرا لإلدارة الحديثة ،بما يتضمنه من معايير مستلهمة من منظمات األعمال ،والتي أثبتت فعاليتها في الواقع العملي و تم تكييفها مع متطلبات اإلصالح التي عرفها القطاع العام ، تزامنا مع تغير أدوار الدولة وتنافسية القطاع الخاص ،وعليه فان االدارة في الجزائر عرفت إصالحات مماثلة سعت في مجملها إلى رفع أداء المؤسسات العمومية، بهدف تحقيق الكفاءة وتفعيل مشروع المؤسسة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج و تحسين الخدمات العمومية الكلمات المفتاحية: التسيير العمومي الجديد ، الخدمة العمومية ، االصالح Abstract: This study aims to address the topic of New Public Management (NPM) as an innovative management model for modern administration. NPM incorporates standards inspired by business organizations, which have proven effective in practical application and have been adapted to meet the reform requirements of the public sector. This shift coincides with the changing roles of the state and the competitiveness of the private sector. Consequently, administration in Algeria has undergone similar reforms, primarily aimed at enhancing the performance of public institutions. The goal is to achieve efficiency and activate the institutional project to obtain optimal results and improve public services. | |
