| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن نوع القلق لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الرحم وذلك من خلال دراسة عيادية إسقاطية لحالتين ألا وهما امرأتين مصابتين بسرطان الرحم تختلفان في متغيري السن والإنجاب. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة باستخدام أدوات متنوعة شملت المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة الملاحظة العيادية واختبار الرورشاخ. وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: نوعية القلق لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الرحم تتمثل في قلق الخصاء وقلق الموت. اختلاف في مستوى القلق تبعا لمتغيري السن والإنجاب حيث ساد قلق الموت لدى المرأة غير المنجبة التي تجاوزت سن الأربعين بينما برز قلق الخصاء لدى المرأة المنجبة التي لم تبلغ سن اليأس بعد. الكلمات المفتاحية: نوع القلق، سرطان الرحم . Abstract: This study aimed to identify the type and nature of anxiety experienced by women diagnosed with uterine cancer through a projective clinical analysis of two cases—two women with uterine cancer differing in age and reproductive status. The clinical case study method was adopted, utilizing a range of tools including the semi-structured clinical interview, clinical observation, and the Rorschach test. The study concluded with the following findings: The type of anxiety experienced by women with uterine cancer is primarily castration anxiety and death anxiety. The level and nature of anxiety vary according to the variables of age and reproductive status: death anxiety was predominant in the non-childbearing woman over the age of forty, while castration anxiety was more evident in the childbearing woman who had not yet reached menopause.
