| dc.description.abstract | ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة التي تربط بين التنمية السياسية والمشاركة السياسية، وذلك لكون المشاركة السياسية من أحد الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية السياسية؛ مما وجب على المسئولين على التنمية أن يقوموا بتخطيط لعملية تنمية تمس جميع الجوانب وخاصة الجانب السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي مما يكفل بذلك مستوى عالي من الخدمات ذات الجودة العالية المقدمة لأفراد المجتمع، حيث تم دراسة هذا الموضوع من خلال عدة متغيرات وسيطة وهي المشاركة الشعبية والأحزاب السياسية وكذا النظم الانتخابية مما يؤدي بالنتيجة إلى إقامة مشاركة شعبية فعالة ذات طابع سياسي واقتصادي وحتى اجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمية السياسية؛ المشاركة السياسية، المشاركة الشعبية، النظم الانتخابية، الاحزاب السياسية. Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between political development and political participation, as political participation is one of the main pillars for achieving political development.
