Abstract
This thesis deals with the subject of the international arbitration ruling in the Algerian legislation. It examines the issuance of an international commercial arbitration award, which requires research into the procedures for its issuance, the date and method of its issuance, as well as the disclosure of the formalities in which it is issued.
In accordance with the arbitration procedures That apply to arbitration, the arbitrator shall issue the arbitration award. However, if the arbitration is conducted by several arbitrators (a panel), then procedures such as those used in the conduct of ordinary courts are necessary.
