Abstract
جاءت الدراسة بهدف التعرف على العلاقة بين نمط التسيير الإداري و الالتزام التنظيمي وهذا عن طريق دراسة أبعاد التسيير الإداري، و للوصول الى تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ذلك لأنه يتماشى مع دراسات العلوم الاجتماعية، و قد تم استخدام الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قدرها 30 مفردة و تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPPS.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط التسيير الحر والالتزام التنظيمي.
لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط التسيير الديكتاتوري والالتزام التنظيمي.
توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط التسيير الديمقراطي والالتزام التنظيمي.

Abstract:
The study came with the aim of identifying the relationship between the style of administrative management and organizational commitment and this by studying the dimensions of administrative management, and to reach these goals, the descriptive analytical approach was followed because it is in line with social science studies, and the questionnaire was used to collect information from the study community, where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 30 items and the data was processed using the statistical program SPPS.
The study found the following results:
There is no statistically significant correlation between the pattern of free management and regulatory compliance.
There is no statistically significant correlation between dictatorial management style and organizational compliance.
There is a statistically significant correlation between democratic governance style and organizational commitment.
