| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to highlight the role of electronic administration in the municipal institution and its role in wealth creation. Electronic administration is considered one of the most important priorities pursued by countries around the world, particularly Algeria, to assist in wealth creation and finding new resources that enable local development. We employed the descriptive-analytical method through a field study at the level of the municipality of Bordj Zemoura. We highlighted the available resources, whether material resources such as modern electronic equipment or human resources at the municipal level, and the extent to which these technologies contribute to public service and finding new resources that benefit the municipality in serving and meeting the needs of its citizens. | |
