| dc.description | The study aimed to reveal the correlation between school culture and its relationship to school dropout among middle school dropout students by answering the general question: Does school culture have a relationship with school dropout among middle school students? Where it was applied to a community of dropouts from the city of M'sila, estimated at 105 respondents who dropped out of the intermediate education stage and went to the vocational training center Baraka Ahmed in the city of M'sila, and due to the small number of sample members, we applied the comprehensive survey to them. The correlational descriptive approach was used to suit the subject of study, relying on the questionnaire as a study tool. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the teaching style of the teacher is related to school dropout among students, and that the school administration has a correlation with school dropout among students, and the group of comrades has a correlation with school dropout among students. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الثقافة المدرسية وعلاقتها بالتسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط المتسربين وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل العام: هل للثقافة المدرسية علاقة بالتسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ؟ حيث تم تطبيقها على مجتمع من متسربين من مدينة المسيلة والمقدر عددهم ب 105مبحوث من الذين تسربوا من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط وتوجهوا الى مركز التكوين المهني بركة أحمد بمدينة المسيلة ونظرا لقلة عدد افراد العينة طبقنا المسح الشامل عليهم. وتم خلالها استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، وبالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:أن للأسلوب التدريسي للأستاذ علاقة ارتباطية بالتسرب المدرسي لدى التلاميذ، وأن للإدارة المدرسية علاقة ارتباطية بالتسرب المدرسي لدى التلاميذ، ولجماعة الرفاق علاقة ارتباطية بالتسرب المدرسي لدى التلاميذ. | |
