| dc.description.abstract | عرف العالم تطورات تكنولوجيا في كافة جوانب الحياة منها المجال الجنائي مما أدى إلى بروز الدليل البيولوجي، الذي يعتبر من أهم األدلة الجنائية نظرا لدوره الهام في إثبات الجرائم بمختلف أنواعه الحيوية وغير الحيوية إال أنه مؤخرا شهد تطبيق الدليل الحشري والنباتي في األونة األخيرة نظرا لدقة نتائجه، فلدليل الحشري استخدم لكشف الجرائم وتحليلها، فيمكن لألدلة التي تقدمها الحشرات أن تساهم في معرفة الفاصل الزماني والمكاني إلرتكاب الجريمة، أما الدليل النباتي فهو يتصل بمخلفات الجريمة نظرا لصغر حجمها خاصة تكنولوجيا حبوب اللقاح التي أضهرت قدرتها في مجال اإلثبات الجنائي. The world has witnessed technological advancement in all areas of life Including the field of criminality, which led to the emergence of biological evidence that is considred one of the most important criminal evidence due to its role in proving the crime with its various types biotic and non vital. However, it has recently witnessed the application of both insects and plant evidence thanks to it’s a accurate results. The insect evidence was used to identify and analyse crimes evidence provided by insects can contribute to identifying the time and the place of the crime, while plant evidence is related to the remains of the crime due to its small size, especially the technology of pollen which has demonstrated a great efficiency in criminal proof. | |
