dc.description.abstractالملخص: يبحث موضوعنا إحدى أهم القضايا التي تعاني منها أغلب الدول العربية وهي قضية نزاعات الحدود.حيث نسلط الضوء على النزاع العراقي الإيراني، وجوهر الخلاف في هذه القضية المتمثلة في شط العرب، وهو ما يقودنا إلى الحديث عن طبيعة العلاقات بين الدولتين الجارتين في ظل تضارب المصالح والرؤى حول هذه القضية المعقدة التي بينت عمق الخلاف وجذوره التاريخية وطبيعته السياسية والدينية الطائفية، دون أن نهمل الظروف الدولية ممثلة في الدول الكبرى. وفي هذا السياق جاء موضوعنا ليسلط الضوء على هذه القضية في مرحلة تاريخية حاسمة للدولتين (1958 - 1980)،وفي ظل هذه الأوضاع تأتي الوساطة الجزائرية بثقلها لحل النزاع بين الجارتين، وقد كادت هذه الوساطة أن تجد طريقا لحل عادل ودائم لولا تسرع الجانب العراقي الذي ألغى الاتفاقية ليدخل الطرفان في حرب الثمان سنوات (1988-1980) الكلمات المفتاحية: العراق – إيران – شط العرب – مشاكل الحدود. Abstract: Our topic examines one of the most important issues that most Arab countries suffer from, which is the issue of border disputes .Where we highlight the Iraqi-Iranian conflict, and the essence of the dispute in this issue of the Shatt al-Arab, which leads us to talk about the nature of relations between the two neighboring countries in light of the conflict of interests and visions on this complex issue, which showed the depth of the dispute and its historical roots and sectarian political and religious nature, without neglecting the international circumstances represented by the major countries. In this context, our topic came to highlight this issue at a crucial historical stage for the two states (1958-1980). In light of these circumstances, Algerian mediation comes with its weight to resolve the conflict between the two neighbors, and this mediation would have almost found a way to a just and lasting solution had it not been for the haste of the Iraqi side, which canceled the agreement, so that the parties entered into the 8 years war (1980-1988). Résumé: Notre sujet examine l'un des problèmes les plus importants dont souffrent la plupart des pays arabes, à savoir la question des différends frontaliers .Où nous mettons en évidence le conflit irako-iranien, et l'essence du différend dans ce numéro du Chatt al-Arab, ce qui nous amène à parler de la nature des relations entre les deux pays voisins à la lumière du conflit d'intérêts et des visions sur cette question complexe, qui a montré la profondeur du différend et ses racines historiques et sa nature politique et religieuse sectaire, sans négliger les circonstances internationales représentées par les grands pays. Dans ce contexte, notre sujet est venu mettre en évidence cette question à une étape historique cruciale pour les deux États (1958-1980). Au vu de ces circonstances, la médiation algérienne vient avec son poids pour résoudre le conflit entre les deux voisins, et cette médiation aurait presque trouvé le chemin d'une solution juste et durable sans la précipitation de la partie irakienne, qui a annulé l'accord, de sorte que les parties sont entrées dans la guerre de 8 ans (1980-1988).
