| dc.description.abstract | بعد قدوم العثمانيين للجزائر لم يهتموا بالجانب الثقافي فلم ينشئوا المدارس و لم يفرضوا مناهج تعليمية معينة لذلك اقتصد التعليم في المساجد و الكتاتيب و الزوايا ... الخ . كما تنهم لم يفرضوا مذهبهم الحنفي في القضاء و هذا ما استحسنه العلماء الجزائريون الذين كانوا همزة وصل بين الحكام والمحكوم فدفع ذلك بالحكام إلى التقرب منهم و الاستعانة بهم في إرساء حكم في الجزائر فبعد ما كانوا يمارسون التعليم, الإفتاء, القضاء ... كمهام صاروا يمارسونها كوظائف رسمية بتكليف رسمي من السلطة الحاكمة مقابل اجر و امتيازات عديدة مما نتج عنه تنافس بينهم عن المناصب و عاد هذا التنافس بالسلب على الحياة الثقافية فساد الجهل و الفساد و التساهل في أحكام الدين و ظهور بيوتات علمية تحتكر الوظائف الرسمية و توارثها جيل بعد جيل أما المناطق الريفية فقد حافظت المهام على صيغتها غير الرسمية و بقيت تمارس كمهام تطوعوا فيها باجر زهيد يعتمد على صدقات و تبرعات المحسنين و اتخذت أبو راس ناصر المعسكري و عبد الكريم الفكون كنموذج للدراسة . After without the ottomans Algeria did not car about the cultural aspect , and they did not create schools , and did not impose certain educational curricle , so education limited to mosques , writers and angles …. As they did not impose their HANAFI school in judiciary and this is what the Algerian scholars who were the one who continued between the rules and ruled , then pushed the rules to relatives and use them in establishing their rules in Algerian , they were practicing education, the judiciary … as takes they practiced as official jobs with an official commission of the ruling authority in exchanges , for many wages and privileges , which resulted in competition between then them for the appropriate and this breathing returned negatively on the life of culture , the corruption of ignorance corruption and indulgence in the provisions of religion and the emergence of scientific houses that monopolize official function and inherited them generation after generation , and we continued to practice as take in which they volunteered with a small wage that depended on the charity and donation of the benefactors . | |
