| dc.description.abstract | لعب االستثمار االجنبي المباشر دورا هاما في عملية التنمية االقتصادية، حيث يعتبر للجزائر مصدر رئيسيا لتدفق رؤوس االموال، وبهدف استقطاب المزيد من االستثمارات األجنبية تبنت الجزائر العديد من االصالحات التشريعية، و إ عادة النظر في قانون االستثمار و إصدار القانون 18-22 ،بهدف تحسين مناخ االستثمار، ولهذا سنحاول من خالل موضوع البحث تسليط الضوء على السياسةاالستثماريةالمتبعة في تحقيق التنميةاالقتصادية، وعرض ما تضمنه القانون الجديد من مبادئ وضمانات منحها المشرع للمستثمر األجنبي ، واآلليات واألجهزةالجديدةالمستحدثة،و األنظمةالتحفيزية والمزايا، دون أن ننسى الجانب االجرائي المستحدث من قبل المشرع الجزائري.
