| dc.description.abstract | الاكتظاظ المدرسي وعلاقته بالاداء التربوي للأستاذ نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الاجابة على الإشكالية التالية:" هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاكتظاظ المدرسي والأداء التربوي للأساتذة في مرحلة المتوسط؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل ارتئينا توضيح مفاهيم الاكتظاظ المدرسي وعلاقته على الأداء التربوي للأساتذة،حيث اشتملت الدراسة على جانبي أحدهما نظري حاولنا من خلاله التطرق إلى التعريف بالاكتظاظ المدرسي وما حمله من رؤى على المدارس الجزائرية، كما ناقشنا مفهوم الأداء التربوي، وفي الجانب الثاني إي الدراسة التطبيقية اعتمدنا على استبانة ، حيث قمنا بتوزيعها على عدد من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ، وقد استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي ، School overcrowding and its relationship to the teacher’s educational performance Through this study, we try to answer the following problem: “Is there a correlation between school overcrowding and the educational performance of teachers at the intermediate stage? In order to answer this question, we decided to clarify the concepts of school overcrowding and its relationship to the educational performance of teachers, as the study included two sides of one of them theoretical, through which we tried to address the definition of school overcrowding and the visions it brought to Algerian schools. We relied on a questionnaire, which we distributed to a number of middle school teachers, and we used the descriptive approach in our study. | en_US |
