Abstract
The current study aimed to know the role of financial policy in
financing local groups in Algeria, in the first chapter we dealt with
the theoretical framework by addressing the nature of financial
policy. The nature of local groups and finally the financial policy of
local groups .the second chapter was a case study was applied to the
, to conclude that local groups do not municipality of Ras El Oued
enjoy financial independence , but are affiliated with the state , as the
latter is the one that finance it and allocates what it spends on.
