dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس جودة الحياة (المئوي) لمنظمة الصحة العالمية على عينة من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بولاية المسيلة وكان عدد هذه العينة 130 معلما ومعلمة، وطبّق على هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي فكانت نتائج الدراسة كما يلي أن مقياس جودة الحياة عند معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية يتمتع بمعاملات صدق مقبولة بطريقة التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي وصدق الاتساق الداخلي. مقياس جودة الحياة لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية يتمتع بمعاملات ثبات مرتفعة لطريقة ألفا كرومباخ، حيث ألفا كرومباخ يقدّر بــ 0.818 بالإضافة إلى مجتمع عينة الدراسة بمستوى متوسط من جودة الحياة قدّر المتوسط الحسابي للعينة بــــ 264.95 والانحراف المعياري بـــــ 18.189. الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة الحياة، الخصائص السيكومترية، معلم المرحلة الابتدائية Abstract: The study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the World Health Organization’s quality of life scale (percentile) on a sample of primary school teachers in the state of M’sila. The number of this sample was 130 male and female teachers. The descriptive approach was applied to this study. The results of the study were as follows: The quality of life scale for primary school teachers The primary test has acceptable validity coefficients using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency validity. The quality of life scale for primary school teachers has high reliability coefficients for the Crombach alpha method, where the Crombach alpha is estimated at 0.818. In addition to the study sample population with an average level of quality of life, the arithmetic mean for the sample was estimated at 264.95 and the standard deviation at 18.189.
