Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة دور مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من العنف المدرسي ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من العنف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، من خلال رصد الأسباب المؤدية لظاهرة العنف المدرسي، وكذا توعيتهم حول مخاطر هذه الظاهرة والآثار المترتبة عنها والتي تؤثر على التلميذ نفسه وعلى المجتمع وكذا الوسط التربوي.
وتمحورت إشكالية الدراسة هذه حول التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: «فيما يتمثل الدور الذي يقوم به مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من العنف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحة التعليم الثانوي؟» والذي تمت الإجابة عليه من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيان على عينة من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، حيث يضم مجتمع الدراسة 100 تلميذ وتمثلت العينة في عينة عشوائية تخدم أهداف البحث، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي حيث مكننا من وصف هذه الظاهرة ووصف الدور الذي يقوم به مستشار التوجيه في التقليل من العنف المدرسي وتحليل معطياتها وصولا إلى النتائج.
وبعد مناقشة التساؤلات الفرعية للدراسة وتحليل معطيات الدراسة، توصلنا لمجموعة من اقتراحات ومن ضمنها، إعادة النظر في دور مستشار التوجيه من خلال جعل مهمة التوجيه والإرشاد من أوليات عمليه، وكذا ضرورة التعاون بين الأساتذة ومستشاري التوجيه في الكشف عن حالات العنف المدرسي التي تتطلب تدخله لتقديم الخدمات الإرشادية اللازمة، إضافة إلى ضرورة وضع نصوص قانونية مانعة لهذه الممارسات بمختلف أنواعها في المدارس.

Summary:
This studyexamined the role of the guidance counselor in reducingschool violence. This studyaims to identify the roleplayed by the guidance counselor in reducingschool violence amongsecondaryschoolstudents, by monitoring the causes leading to the phenomenon of school violence, as well as educatingthem about the dangers and effects of thisphenomenon. The consequencesthat affect the studenthimself, society, and the educationalcommunity.
The problem of the studyrevolvedaround the following main question: “Whatis the rolethat the guidance counselorplays in combating and preventingschool violence amongsecondaryschoolstudents?” Whichwasanswered by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of secondaryschoolstudents, where the study population includes 100 students and the samplewas a randomsamplethat serves the objectives of the research. The descriptive approachwasreliedupon in order to describethisphenomenon and describe the roleplayed by the guidance counselor to combat it. Preventingschool violence and analyzingits data to reachresults.
Afterdiscussing the study questions and analyzingits data, we came up with a set of suggestions, includingreconsidering the role of the guidance counselor by making the task of guidance and counseling a practicalpriority, as well as the necessity of cooperationbetweenprofessors and guidance counselors in detecting cases of school violence thatrequirehis intervention to provide the necessary guidance services. In addition to the necessity of developinglegaltextsprohibitingthesevarious types of practices in schools.
