Abstract
تعتبخ األوراؽ التجارية االلكتخونية مغ الستصمبات األساسية التي تدتػجبيا التصػرات الحاصمة
والسدتسخة في القصاع التكشػلػجي برفة عامة أو في القصاع السرخفي خاصة ,وىحا سببو الصفخة الحادة
في عالع االتراالت والتكشػلػجيا التي شػرت األوراؽ التجارية مغ التقميجية إلى االلكتخونية وىي مثيمة
ومستجة مشيا ,اال انيا تستاز عشيا ببعس الخرػصيات كػنيا تتع بصخيقة آلية وقج حققت العجيج مغ السدايا
مغ اخترار لمػقت والتقميل مغ االستعساؿ الػرقي وكحلظ وسعت في تعجد اآلفاؽ أماـ التجارة اإللكتخونية
وبالخغع مغ كل ىحا اال أنيا لع تشجح بذكل كاؼ في سج كل متصمبات القصاع السرخفي نطخا لتخػؼ
االشخاص مغ استعساؿ األوراؽ التجارية خرػصا أف ىحا الشػع مغ السعامالت يذيج ىجػمات خصيخة
باعتبارىا األكثخ تحج مغ نجاحيا مسا جعل غالبية االفخاد يتجيػف لمتعامل باألوراؽ التجارية التقميجية
امانا.

Abstract:
Electronic commercial papers are one of the basic requirements required
by the ongoing developments in the technological sector in general or in the
banking sector in particular, and this is due to the sharp boom in the world of
communications and technology, which has developed commercial papers
from traditional to electronic, which is similar and extended, but it has some
peculiarities because it is done in an automated way and has achieved many
advantages from shortening time and reducing paper usage, as well as
expanded the diversity of horizons in front of electronic commerce, and
despite all this, it has not succeeded sufficiently in filling all the requirements
of the banking sector due to people's fear of using commercial papers,
especially That this type of transactions witnesses serious attacks that limit
their success, which made the majority of individuals turn to dealing with
traditional commercial papers as the most secure.
