| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الألم النفسي لدى ممرضات الصحة العمومية العاملات بمستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، كما تم تطبيق مقياس الألم النفسي (Dass21)" على عينة مكونة من (62) ممرضة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أسفرت النتائج عما يلي: • وجود مستوى مرتفع من الألم النفسي لدى ممرضات الصحة العمومية بمستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة. • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى الألم النفسي تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية. • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى الألم النفسي تبعا لمتغير السن. الكلمات المفتاحية: الألم النفسي، الممرضات، الصحة العمومية. Abstract : This study aimed to explore the level of psychological pain among public health nurses working at Rzig El Bachir Hospital in Bou Saâda. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was adopted. A Psychological Pain Scale(Dass21) was administered to a randomly selected sample of 62 nurses. After statistically analyzing the collected data, the results revealed the following: • A high level of psychological pain was found among public health nurses at Rzig El Bachir Hospital in Bou Saâda. • There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological pain among the sample members based on years of experience. • There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological pain among the sample members based on age.
