| dc.description.abstract | تتمحور أهمية الاستثمار في إطار أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية حول التزامات المبادئ الإسلامية، ومبدإ التوجه إلى الله في جميع جوانب الحياة، بما في ذلك الأعمال الاقتصادية والاستثمارات. ويعتبر الاستثمار في الإسلام، فرصة للتعبير عن الالتزام بالقيم الإسلامية والعمل وفقا لها. يتطلب الاستثمار في إطار أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، الامتثال لمبادئ الشفافية والعدالة في جميع الجوانب العلمية، ويجب على المستثمرين المسلمين أن يكونوا صادقين في جميع صفقاتهم، وأن يجتنبوا الغش والاحتيال. ومن الأسس الرئيسية للاستثمار في إطار أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، حظر الربا، لكونه يعتبر استغلالا للفقراء والمحتاجين. وبدلا من ذلك يشجع الاستثمار الإسلامي على المشاركة في المخاطر، وتوزيع الأرباح بطرق مشروعة وعادلة، مثل الشراكة. Investment under Islamic Shari 'a provisions requires compliance with the principles of transparency and justice in all practical aspects. Muslim investors must be honest in all their transactions and avoid cheat and fraud. One of the main foundations of investment under the provisions of Islamic sharia is the prohibition of the usury.
