| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الموارد المائية في حوض النيل مصدرًا حيويًا حاسمًا للدول النيلية، وتشكل أساسً ا لتحقيم التنمية المستدامة ورفاهية السكان في المنطقة، ومع زيادة الطلب على الماء وتدهور البيئة، تنشأ العديد من النزاعات بين الدول حول توزيع وإدارة الموارد المائية. تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة العالقة بين الموارد المائية والنزاعات في حوض النيل وتقديم نموذب لفهم هذه العالقة حيث سيتم عرض اإلطار المفاهيمي للدراسة، أما الفصل الثاني الجغرافيا السياسية لحوض النيل والفصل الثالث تناولنا فيه النزاع على المياه في حوض الننيل، لتخرب الدراسة بعدة نتائق كما قدمنا بعض التوصيات إلدارة النزاعات المائية في هذ ه المنطقة تتضمن آليات إليجاد حلول لهذا النزاع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموارد المائية، المحدد، النزاع، دول حوض النيل. Summary: Water resources in the Nile Basin are a critical vital source for the Nile States and form the basis for the sustainable development and well-being of the region's population. As water demand increases and the environment deteriorates, many conflicts arise between nations over the distribution and management of water resources, This note aims to study the relationship between water resources and conflicts in the Nile Basin and provide a model for understanding this relationship where the conceptual framework of the study will be presented and chapter II, the geopolitics of the Nile Basin and chapter III, in which we addressed the water dispute in the Nile Basin, To produce several results, we have also made some recommendations for the management of water conflicts in this region, including mechanisms for finding solutions to this conflict .
