Abstract
Administrative judicial litigation is considered an effective tool for achieving judicial oversight over administrative actions. Lt enables the administrative judge to examine the legality of decisions or actions issued by administrative bodies, following rules that differ from those of ordinary courts, such as the requirement to submit grievances and adherence to precise deadlines and procedure , the administrative judge in this jurisdiction is considered more than just an arbiter of disputes between parties, rather he is a guardian of legality seeking to achieve administrative justice and ensure the administration’s compliance with the law.
