| dc.description.abstract | يعد االتفويض الاداري وسيلة الادارة العامة في تخفيف العبء عن الرؤساء الاداريين وتفادي تراكم الاعمال الادارية حيث يعهد احد اعضاء السلطة الادارية ببعض اختصاصاته ولمدة محددة الى عضو اخر من نفس السلطة ليمارسها دون الرجوع اليه مع بقاء مسؤوليته على تلك الاختصاصات المفوضة ، كما انه يخضع لضوابط قانونية تميزه عن بعض الانظمة القانونية المشابهة له ومن جهة اخرى حتى يكون جائزا من الناحية القانونية . summary Administrative delegation is the means of public administration in reducing the burden on administrative heads and avoiding the accumulation of administrative work, where one member of the administrative authority entrusts some of his terms of reference and for a specified period to another member of the same authority to exercise it without reference to it, while remaining responsible for those delegated jurisdictions, and is subject to legal controls that distinguish him from some similar legal systems and on the other hand to be legally permissible | en_US |
