Abstract
Investment projects are considered the main engine of economic development through their contribution to creating jobs, increasing the domestic product, and promoting national exports. Despite the efforts made to develop this sector, it suffers from many problems, the most important of which is the problem of financing, which is at the top of these problems.
This study aims to research the topic of the role of banks in financing investment projects in order to ensure their continuity and development in accordance with the financing needs of these investment projects.
We conducted a field study at the level of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Agency of M'sila, as well as the Algerian Popular Credit Agency, Agency of M'sila, Gulf Bank, Agency of M'sila, where we analyzed three investment loans and found that the loans allocated to this sector provide many facilities to investors that encourage them to invest with less fear.

مع الاحتياجات التمويلية لهذه المشاريع الاستثمارية.
قمنا بالد ا رسة الميدانية على مستوى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة المسيلة وكذلك القرض الشعبي الج ا زئري وكالة المسيلة، بنك الخليج
وكالة المسيلة حيث قمنا بتحليل ثلاثة قروض استثمارية وتبين لنا أن القروض المخصصة لهذا القطاع تقدم الكثير من التسهيلات للمستثمرين التي
تشجعهم على الاستثمار وبأقل مخاوف.
