Abstract
الأخلاق الكونية الكانطية هي الإرث الفكري الذي خلفه كانط ،والذي يمثل منارة للتفكير الإنساني وذلك من خلال تأكيده على مبدإ الواجب ،والعمل وفقا لمبادئ تحترم الكرامة الإنسانية وتصبو إلى الخير العام، فكانط يرى أن كل فعل يجب أن يكون مبنيا على قاعدة يمكن تعميمها بحيث تصبح قانونا عالميا ،وأن الانسان يعامل كغاية لذاته في إطار من الحرية التي تعد عنصرا أساسيا في تحديد القيمة الأخلاقية .
تعتبر هذه النظرية من الأسس المهمة للفلسفة الأخلاقية وتؤثر بشكل كبير على الفلسفة المعاصرة وتقدم إطارا فلسفيا لدعم حقوق الانسان والعدالة الاجتماعية .
Summary:
Kantian universal ethics is the intellectual legacy left by Kant, which represents a beacon for human thinking through its emphasis on the principle of duty, and acting according to principles that respect human dignity and aspire to the common good. Kant believes that every action must be based on a rule that can be generalized so that it becomes a law Globally, the human being is treated as an end to himself within a framework of freedom, which is an essential element in determining moral value
This theory is considered one of the important foundations of moral philosophy and greatly influences contemporary philosophy and provides a philosophical framework for supporting human rights and social justice.
