Abstract
إن الاهتمام الذي حظيت به الأسرة دوليا وإقليميا، يرجع بالأساس إلى اعتراف الجميع بالدور الذي لعبته عير جميع الأزمنة، ما مكنها من احتلال مكانة أو مركزا قانونيا ومحوريا، يساهم إلى حد كبير في تطور المجتمعات، وتبعا لذلك سعي المجتمع الدولي إلى تكريس مكانة الأسرة عبر عدة اتفاقيات، ساهمت في ترقية وتعزيز حقوق الأسرة ومكانتها، وهكذا نشأ قانون الأسرة الدولي منذ فترة إشارة إلى سلسلة من الاتفاقیات المتعددة الأطراف المعنیة أساسا بالصراعات والنزاعات المتعلقة بالقوانین في هذا المجال والتغيرات في النظم القانونیة للدول بشأن النهج
