Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث تطور العلاقات بين الجزائر والمغرب خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1519م إلى 1799م، وهي مرحلة اتسمت بتقلبات سياسية وعسكرية وتفاعلات اقتصادية وثقافية. يسلط البحث الضوء على ديناميكية هذه العلاقات التي تأرجحت بين الصراع والتعاون، في ظل تأثيرات إقليمية ودولية، خصوصًا من قبل الدولة العثمانية في الجزائر والتطورات الأوروبية. يبرز التحليل أن الروابط الحضارية والدينية واللغوية ساهمت في استمرار التفاعل بين الطرفين رغم الخلافات السياسية، ويستخلص أن فهم هذا الماضي المشترك قد يساعد في بناء مستقبل تعاوني أكثر استقرارًا في المنطقة المغاربية.
This study examines the evolution of relations between Algeria and Morocco from 1519 to 1799—a period marked by political and military tensions alongside economic and cultural interactions. The research highlights the complex and dynamic nature of these relations, oscillating between conflict and cooperation, under the influence of regional and international powers, particularly the Ottoman Empire and European developments. The analysis reveals that historical, religious, and linguistic ties maintained interaction despite political rifts, suggesting that a deeper understanding of this shared history may contribute to fostering more stable and cooperative regional relations in the Maghreb.
