| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة الفكر السياسي عند ابن خلدون من خلال تحليل أفكاره كما وردت في مقدمته وكتابه "العبر". وتكشف الدراسة عن رؤيته الواقعية لطبيعة الدولة، نشأتها وسقوطها، حيث أبرزت كيف استطاع ابن خلدون، من خلال تأمله العميق في عصره، أن يضع نظرية سياسية متكاملة تقوم على مفهوم العصبية كعنصر محوري، إلى جانب فكرة الدورة التاريخية التي تمر بها الدول من النشوء والازدهار إلى الانهيار. كما توضح المذكرة شمولية فكر ابن خلدون، واتساع رؤيته لتشمل السياسة والدين والاقتصاد والاجتماع، وهو ما جعله من المؤسسين الأوائل لعلم الاجتماع السياسي كما يُعرف اليوم. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن ابن خلدون سبق عصره في تشكيل أفكاره، والتي لا تزال تحتفظ بقدرتها على تفسير الظواهر السياسية والاجتماعية حتى اليوم. الكلمات المفتاحية: ابن خلدون، الفكر السياسي، العصبيّة، السلطة السياسية، الدورة التاريخية. This thesis aims to explore the political thought of Ibn Khaldun by analyzing his ideas as presented in his Muqaddimah and his book Kitab al-‘Ibar. The study reveals his realistic perspective on the nature of the state, its rise, and its fall. It highlights how Ibn Khaldun, through his deep contemplation of his era, was able to formulate a comprehensive political theory centered around the concept of ‘asabiyyah (social cohesion), along with the idea of a historical cycle that states undergo—from emergence and prosperity to eventual decline. The thesis also demonstrates the breadth of Ibn Khaldun’s thought and the integrative nature of his vision, which encompassed politics, religion, economics, and society. This holistic approach positioned him as a foundational figure in what is today known as political sociology. The study concludes that Ibn Khaldun was ahead of his time, and his ideas continue.
