Abstract
تناولت هذه المذكرة بالبحث و البيان موضوع جرائم الشيك و خصوصية إجراءات المتابعة فيها من طرف المشرع الجزائري في قانوني العقوبات و التجاري.
و تظهر أهمية الموضوع في كون الشيك الوثيقة التي تقوم مقام النقود و ذلك لتسهل على المتعاملين بها التنقل بأموالهم ، كذالك لمعرفــــــــة الجرائم التي تقع على الشيك .
يدور موضوع هذه المذكرة ابتداء بصور جرائم الشيك وذلك بعرض كل أنواع جرائم الشيك
و بيان أركانها التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري في قانون العقوبات، مروراً إلى خصوصية إجراءات المتابعة فيها والعقوبات المترتبة على هذه الجرائم .
قد توصلت هذه المذكرة إلى نتائج أهمها وضع آليات مكافحة جديدة أعطت الحماية القانونية و المصرفية للمتعامل بالشيك .
ملخص المذكرة باللغة الانجليزية :
This note dealt with the research and statement on the subject of check crimes and the privacy of the follow-up procedures by the Algerian legislator in penal and commercial laws .
The importance of the topic is that the check is a document that acts as money to make it easier for customers to move around with their money , as well as to know the crimes that follow on the check.
The subject of this note starts with pictures of the check crimes by displaying all kinds of check crimes.
The statement of its pillars which was drawn up by the Algerian legislator in the penal code, through the specificity of its follow-up procedures and the penalties for these crimes.
This not has reached the conclusion of the most important of which is this development of mew control mechanisms that have given legal and banking protection to the customer whit the check.
