Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف والكشف عن العلاقة بين القيادة الادارية وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي داخل المنظمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليلي وباستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات مع المبحوثين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة وتم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج SPSS v25.
تمت الدراسة الميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية ببلدية بوسعادة علـى جميع موظفي المنظمة، حيث بلغ عدد المبحوثين 174 مفردة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى:
- هناك علاقة بين النمط الأوتوقراطي و تحسين الأداء الوظيفي.
- هناك علاقة بين النمط الديموقراطي و تحسين الاداء الوظيفي.
- هناك علاقة بين النمط الحرو تحسين الاداء الوظيفي.
كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن الاهتمام بالنمط القيادي وخاصة الديموقراطي يساهم في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي.

Abstract :
The study aims to identify and reveal the relationship between administrative leadership and improving job performance within the organization. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used in an analytical manner and using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data with the respondents in the institution under study, and it was analyzed using the SPSS v25 program.
The field study was conducted at the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in the municipality of Bou Saada on all employees of the organization, where the number of respondents reached 174 individuals, and the study concluded:
- The autocratic pattern contributes to the impairment of job performance.
- The democratic pattern contributes to improving job performance.
- Freestyle contributes to impairing job performance.
The study also concluded that paying attention to the leadership style, especially democracy, contributes to improving job performance.
