Algerian law, especially Law No. 15-12 on Child Protection, provides several legal measures aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency and ensuring protection for children at risk, whether they are victims or offenders. The study focuses on the role of the juvenile judge, alternative protective measures such as supervision and care, and the contribution of judicial and social institutions in ensuring the full protection of juveniles while preserving their dignity and rights. | |
