dc.description.abstract: تعرف ظاهرة اختطاف االشخاص رقما مخيفا في عدد حاالته المسجلة في العالم ، ئري بإصدار مجموعة من القوانين از مما نتج عنه مخاو ف دولية ، و لهذا قام المشرع الج للوقاية من جرائم اختطاف األشخاص ومكافحتها ومن بينها القانون 28/65 ، وأهم ما تضمنه الجزاء المقرر لجنايات خطف االشخاص سواء البالغين أو االطفال ، بالغضافة إلى أحكام إجرائية ووقائية لتصدي لهذه الجريمة.The phenomenon of people kidnapping is known a frightening number in the number of its registered cases in the world, which has resulted in international fears, and for this the Algerian legislator has issued a set of laws to prevent and combat the crimes of kidnapping people, including Law 15/20, and the most important of what is included in the penalty prescribed for felonies of kidnapping persons, whether adults or children, in addition to procedural and preventive provisions to address this crimeen_US
