dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى االتعرف على العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي الببيداغوجي -01-مقران علي ,والكشف عن مستوى المناخ التنظيمي ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية ,وعلاقة أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي (القيادة التنظيمية,المشاركة في إتخاذ القرار,الحوافز,الإتصال)بجودة الحياة الوظيفية ،ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة التي تمثلت في استبيان المناخ التنظيمي (من تصميم الباحثة) ,واستبيان جودة الحياة الوظيفية من إعداد.(محرز نجاة وقميش سيد علي )،وطبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها 60أستاذ بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي-01- المسيلة وبعد معالجة البيانات المستمدة من الميدان وترتيبها وتبويبها ومعالجتها إحصائيا من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى المناخ التنظيمي السائد لدى عينة من أساتذة بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة متوسط. - مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية السائد لدى عينة من أساتذة بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة متوسط. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين القيادة التنظيمية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة - توجد علاقة ارتباطية إلى قوية بين بعد الحوافز وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بعد الاتصال وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المناخ التنظيمي وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة المركز النفسي البيداغوجي -01-المسيلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المناخ التنظيمي، جودة الحياة الوظيفية، الأساتذة. Study Summary: The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational climate and the quality of work life among the teachers of the Psycho-Pedagogical Center No. 01 "Makran Ali" in M'sila. It also sought to examine the levels of organizational climate and quality of work life, as well as the relationship between the dimensions of organizational climate (organizational leadership, participation in decision-making, incentives, and communication) and the quality of work life. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive method using two main tools: an organizational climate questionnaire designed by the researcher, and a quality of work life questionnaire developed by Mahrez Najat and Qamish Sid Ali. The study was conducted on a sample of 60 teachers from the Psycho-Pedagogical Center No. 01 in M'sila. After collecting, organizing, and statistically analyzing the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the study yielded the following results: ⁃ The level of organizational climate among the sample of teachers at the center was moderate. ⁃ The level of quality of work life among the teachers was also moderate. ⁃ There is a correlational relationship between organizational leadership and the quality of work life. ⁃ There is a correlational relationship between participation in decision-making and the quality of work life. ⁃ There is a strong correlational relationship between the incentives dimension and the quality of work life. ⁃ There is a correlational relationship between the communication dimension and the quality of work life. ⁃ Overall, there is a correlational relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of work life among the teachers at the center.
