| dc.description.abstract | The Algerian legislator gives great importance to primary schools by focusing on laws that support them in achievement, equipment, management, and the promotion of educational, cultural, and sports activities, such as: the Directive Law for National Education No. 08-04, and Executive Decree 16-226 containing the Model Basic Law for Primary School. Since the primary school is the foundation of basic education and a place for education and learning where learners acquire fundamental competencies in intellectual, moral, and civic fields, the Algerian legislator has provided it with the necessary support to carry out its tasks in education and teaching, thereby achieving the competencies stipulated in the curriculum.
