Abstract in English :
The crime of illegal speculation is one of the important economic
crimes that affect on money and it affects on the stability of the
market and the trust between clients and the economic of country,
This prompted the Algerian penal legislator to put in place a special
legislation to combat the crime of illegal speculation in accordance
with Law 15-21 issued on December 28,2021, However, criminal
intervention in the field of business and market control is not
desirable, the emergence of some commercial practices of a
monopolistic and fraudulent nature requires a deterrent intervention
as a guarantee of economic and societal security.
