dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find the role of employees empowerment and has its dimensions (sharing information, freedom and Autonomy, work teams self-managed) on Organizational Development in Directorate of taxes in Djelfa, for this purpose and to answer the main problematic ,we prepared a questionnaire for collecting the information from the sample of (33) Employee, which was Consisted( 39.75%) from the Studied community, after using the (Spss) program ,the results showed a statistically significant relationship between the two variable، and a positive impact of employees empowerment on Organizational Development، based at that the study provided a list of recommendations which will improve the overall situation in the organization. | en_US |
