أهدافالدراسة:
1-التعرفعلىتطبيقمبادئالحوكمةوأهميتها فيالمؤسسات الرياضيةبتحقيقالعدالةوالشفافيةوالانضباط،وهذابمشاركةكلالعاملينفياتخاذالقراراتوحلالمشكلاتوتحملالمسئولية.

مجتمعوعينةالدراسة:
مجتمع الدراسة: يتكون من مجموع موظفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة بولاية المسيلة والبالغ عددهم 36 موظف.
عينة البحث:تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ30موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بالمسيلة

الاقتراحات
- تكثيف دراسات الباحثين في مجال تحليل أسباب الفساد المالي ، والحوكمة.
- إنشاء منظمات لمكافحة الفساد على كل المستوى المحلي وتعزيز شراكتها مع الشرطة العالمية في مجال الرياضة.
-خلق وإنشاء محاكم لمكافحة الفساد الرياضي على المستوي المحلي.
-إصدار القوانين الصارمة لمجابه هذا الفساد.
-تعديل القوانين ذات القصور وتلك التي يمكن الالتفاف عليها.
-تفعيل آليات الحوكمة لمكافحة الفساد المالي من خلال :-
* الدعوة لزيادة الوعي لدى مساهمي المؤسسات المساهمة بحقوقهم في حضور اجتماع الجمعيات العمومية بتنفيذ تعليمات هيئة سوق المال ومن ضمنها لائحة حوكمة المؤسسات.
* منح السلطة اللازمة لمجالس إدارة المؤسسات لممارسة أحكامها الخاصة بعيدا عن التدخلات السياسية والبيروقراطية في شؤونها من الإدارة العليا.
* دعم استقلال لجنة المراجعة، والمراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين.
الفرضياتالمستقبلية:
- إجراء دراسات ارتباطية أخرى بين المتغيرين (الحوكمة الرشيدة، الفساد المالي) لتوسيع البحث والخروج بنتائج أكبر تكون في فائدة المنظمات.
- دراسة العلاقة بين آليات الحوكمة وبعض المتغيرات الأخرى كالفساد الإداري.
- دراسة العلاقة بين آليات الحوكمة وبعض المتغيرات الأخرى كأداء العاملين.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
-تشجيع أشكال التعاون الدولي التي تهدف إلى حماية الرياضيين والأخلاق الرياضية وتبادل نتائج البحوث
- تقديم توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ على كيفية تعزيز المؤسسات الرياضية لجهودها الرامية إلى إحراز تقدم كبير في الحد من الرشوة والفساد.
- وتعزيز الشفافية والإفصاح عن المعلومات المتعلقة بالإجراءات ولاسيما في عملية صنع القرار والتمويل
- إنشاء مدونة للأخلاق الرياضية داخل الاتحادات والجمعيات والمنظمات الرياضية.
Study objectives:
1-recognize the application of governance principles and their importance in sports institutions by achieving justice, transparency and discipline, with the participation of all those involved in decision-making, problem-solving and accountability.
2- identifying the direct relationship of good governance in reducing the phenomenon of sports corruption within sports institutions, where the application of these principles of governance is positively affected by the reduction or braking of the phenomenon of sports corruption, including the promotion of collective action, i.e. the best work of the sports institution.
This study aims at highlighting the application of the rule of law and equality principle and its role in reducing the phenomenon of sports corruption within sports institutions, as we discuss the effectiveness of this principle in reducing this phenomenon, which is positively reflected in raising the level of performance and improving it in sports institutions.
4 – the continuity of scientific research in this area to enrich management thinking by recognizing governance principles and their role in reducing the phenomenon of corruption within the sports institution.
Curriculum: Descriptive approach
Study sample and community:
Study Community: A total of 36 employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of Al-Masila.
Research sample: Apply the study to a sample of 30 employees of the Department of Youth and Sports in Media

Future Suggestions and hypotheses:
Suggestions
– intensifying research studies on the causes of financial corruption and governance.
To establish anti-corruption organizations at all local levels and strengthen their partnership with the Global Police in the field of sports.
Create and establish courts to combat sports corruption at the local level.
– promulgate strict laws to counter such corruption.
– amending laws that are deficient and those that can be circumvented.
– activating governance mechanisms to combat financial corruption through:
• an invitation to raise awareness among shareholders of institutions contributing their rights to attend a meeting of public associations to implement the instructions of the Financial Market Authority, including the Regulation on Enterprise Governance.
• to give institutional boards the power to exercise their own judgment away from political and bureaucratic interference in their affairs from senior management.
• Support for the independence of the Review Committee, internal and external auditors.
Future hypotheses:
– conducting other relational studies among the two variables (good governance, financial corruption) to expand research and produce larger results that are beneficial to organizations.
- Study the relationship between governance mechanisms and other variables such as administrative corruption.
– examine the relationship between governance mechanisms and some other variables
