Abstract

ABSTRACT The Arab region is still witnessing many coercion, which sometimes come in the form of direct intervention by foreign countries that are looking for a guarantee and security of their interests in the territory, even if by illegal ways. Thus, Arab national security has been subjected to many concussion and challenges as a result of the direct intervention in its internal affairs; This exacerbated the economic, security and political troubles in these countries in a very worrying manner. The states of Morocco and Libya are among the most Arab countries that witnessed political and security instability due to the foreign intervention imposed on them under the subterfuge of finding a solution to the crisis, however, with the increase in the foreign intervention, matters became more intricate. The Arab governments failed to find urgent solutions to this dangerous crisis, this is what prolonged the crisis, and thus Morocco and Libya became among the failed states in the Maghreb region.
