dc.description.abstract | the public employee’s failure in fulfilling their official duties and committing errors necessitates punishment and discipline and due to the severity of disciplinary penalties in some cases and the resulting consequences, the Algerian legislator has only surrounded the disciplinary process for employees with specific procedural rules according to the provisions of Order 06-03, which includes the General Basic Law of the Civil Service, while ensuring their rights to defense and appeal before the Equal Members Committees and judicial authorities in case of deviation from the principles of legality in imposing sanctions. | |
