Abstract
تيدؼ ىذه الدراسة إلى معالجة مكضكع دكر الجامعة في تحقيؽ التنمية المحمية في الجزائر.
حيث قمنا بإلقاء الضكء عمى مختمؼ الجكانب كالمؤشرات التي تكضح التنسيؽ بيف الجامعة كالجماعات
المحمية في سبيؿ التنمية المحمية. في البداية، حددنا كحممنا المشكمة المطركحة. بعد ذلؾ، درسنا أىمية
مشاركة الجامعة في محيطيا االجتماعي كاالقتصادم. عالكة عمى ذلؾ، تعمقنا في التفاصيؿ مف خالؿ
التحقيؽ في كضع الجامعات الجزائرية استجابة لمعديد مف التحكالت االجتماعية.
باإلضافة إلى ذلؾ، نستكشؼ كيؼ تساىـ الجماعات المحمية في تشكيؿ المجتمع مف خالؿ أنشطتيا.
عالكة عمى ذلؾ، فإننا نعرض الخطكط العريضة لإلصالحات الرئيسية التي تـ تنفيذىا في الجزائر فيما
يتعمؽ بيذا األمر. في ىذا السياؽ، قمنا بتحميؿ مككنيف مف مككنات بيئة الجامعة، كىما عالقتيا بالمجتمع
كتفاعميا مع المجاؿ االقتصادم. في ختاـ البحث قمنا بتجميع قائمة شاممة لمتحديات كالعقبات الكبيرة التي
ا استراتيجيات كآليات محتممة لمتغمب عمى ىذه العقبات
تكاجييا الجامعة الجزائرية. كما اقترحنا أيضن
كتغيير الك ضع السمبي الحالي لمجامعة كعالقاتيا المتكترة مع بيئتيا االجتماعية كاالقتصادية. اليدؼ ىك
تمكيف الجامعة الجزائرية مف لعب دكر نشط كرائد في تعزيز التنمية المحمية.
Study Summary:
This study aims to address the role of universities in achieving local development in Algeria.
We shed light on various aspects and indicators that demonstrate the coordination between
universities and local communities for local development. Initially, we identified and
analyzed the problem at hand. Then, we examined the importance of university engagement in
its social and economic environment. Furthermore, we delved into details by investigating the
status of Algerian universities in response to various social changes. Additionally, we explore
how local communities contribute to shaping society through their activities. Moreover, we
present an overview of key reforms implemented in Algeria regarding this matter. In this
context, we analyzed two components of the university's environment: its relationship with
society and its interaction with the economic field. Finally, we compiled a comprehensive list
of major challenges and obstacles faced by Algerian universities.
We also proposed potential strategies and mechanisms to overcome these obstacles and
change the current negative situation of universities and their strained relationships with their
social and economic environment. The goal is to empower Algerian universities to play an
active and leading role in promoting local development
